Embracing the idea that there are phases and seasons to careers is essential for growth and adopting a growth mindset - believing that abilities and intelligence can be developed through effort and learning - becomes the key to navigating this uncertainty. Instead of fearing change (which is our natural human response), we can view it as an opportunity to innovate, adapt and expand our skills.
