Book A Discovery Call Executive Coach, business owner, former Sales leader, and mum of two. For almost 12 years at Facebook (now Meta) I built digital strategies with clients like Burberry, Nike and Rolex on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp while also developing and leading teams across Ireland, UK and EMEA. Prior to that I worked in event marketing for five years.
The part of my job I loved most was leading people. I managed teams and individuals with a coaching style—investing time in understanding what motivated them, sharing opportunities, removing roadblocks, and trusting them to do their best work. Even on the toughest days, watching others succeed felt purposeful. That's what ultimately led me to formalise this work and build careercoaching.ie
After working with coaches myself, I got clarity on what I value, my leadership style and what motivated me. I resigned from Meta when it felt 'right' for me but on paper probably didn't make sense. I was pregnant with our second child and having spent over a decade in hyper growth mode, I made the decision to focus on family and retrain as an executive coach at UCD Smurfit, earning my EMCC accreditation. Many people called me 'brave.' To me, it felt less like bravery and more like listening - it was choosing me as much as I was choosing it.
As a coach, I work with people navigating or anticipating career transitions. People often come to me feeling stuck or uncertain. They leave with clarity, confidence, and a plan they actually believe in.
There's no judgment here - just a safe space to explore what matters to you and how to move forward. I use what I have learned through my career to date coupled with my EMCC qualification in service of your needs.
